Thanks for shopping with Eira! Here's everything you need to know about how and when your order will reach you.

Order Processing

All orders are processed within 2–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays). Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day.

You'll receive a confirmation email when your order is placed, and a second email with tracking details once it ships.

During sales, product launches, or peak holiday periods, processing may take slightly longer. We'll let you know if there are any delays.

Shipping Times

Once dispatched, orders typically arrive within 6–10 business days, depending on your location and local carrier.

Total estimated delivery time: 8–13 business days from the date you place your order.

Please note these are estimates, not guarantees. Delivery times may vary due to carrier delays, customs processing, weather, or other factors outside our control.

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size. Any applicable rates and free shipping thresholds will be displayed before you complete your purchase.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking number and link. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update after dispatch.

If you haven't received tracking details within 3 business days of placing your order, please check your spam folder or contact us at support@eira.com.

International Shipping

We ship to select countries worldwide. International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees charged by their country. These are not included in the order total and are determined by your local customs office.

Delays at customs are outside our control and may extend delivery times.

Incorrect Addresses

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We're not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses. If you spot an error, contact us at support@eira.com as soon as possible — we'll do our best to update it before dispatch, but once an order has shipped we can't change the address.

Lost or Stuck Packages

If your tracking hasn't updated in over 7 business days, or if it shows delivered but you haven't received it:

  1. Check with neighbors and your local post office or carrier depot.
  2. Contact the carrier directly with your tracking number.
  3. If you still need help, reach out to us at support@eira.com and we'll assist with a carrier investigation.

Damaged in Transit

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the packaging and product. We'll arrange a replacement or refund — see our Return & Refund Policy for details.
